Easy Way To Quit Smoking – Reasons To Look For It
We all know that smoking is an addictive behaviour that will (sooner or later) seriously damage your health, yet is seems that even the treat of lung cancer or heart disease isn’t enough to pull most people away from smoking once the addiction kicks in. Even after finding the best way to quit smoking, it requires a very strong motivation to be able to quit, and here I will try to give you some reasons to have one.

First of all, there are lung cancer and emphysema, the most common health conditions caused by smoking. These alone can make your life a living hell (just google them if you don’t believe me) and ultimately lead to death. There are other types of cancer associated with smoking, throat and tongue being tha most common (again, google them, and look for pictures: it should give you plenty of motivation). Then there are the damages caused to the cardiovascular system: if cancer doesn’t get you, there is a good chance that a heart stroke will.
If you don’t care about yourself (like you should), think about those that have to be around you: ever heard the term “secondhand smoke”? Not only you are damaging yourself, you are endangering other people as well; when you smoke, they get some of the toxins from your cigarette.
And don’t you care about your own positive image? Do you know that smokers often smell awful to non-smokers? Just ask one of them an opinion about your breath afetr a cigarette.
Please understand that I’m not here to bash you (I was a smoker too), I just want you to be really motivated to look for the best way to quit smoking. You and your loved ones deserve better than that, so stop looking for excuses and do the right thing to quit smoking forever!
